Is this anytime any 1 number? Is it ANY NUMBER in any network, if so why 450 minutes? Is it only for roaming? It says "if you buy blackberry you need one of these plans: BES $20, Worldwide Blackberry $40, it doesn't mention BIS, it might be included like you said, but it doesn't say anywhere.. I was planning to wait for T-Mobile to come with 9700 but this could be cool if 9630 is 4G... Is it? I don’t get this, on their website once you add this plan it says 450 minutes.
