This has to be the best bit of news I have heard in awhile. Usually researchers are always trying to find connections between cellphone radiation and cancer. Mind Research Network in New Mexico actually looked at the positive side of mobile devices. They show that the classic Tetris game improved the efficiency of your brain and led to thicker cortexes which means you have more brain matter to work with.
Now you can use science to explain to your significant other or parents why playing videogames is better than exercising. Its BRAIN FOOD! I just wonder how much that addictive Tetris tune contributes to the outcome.
In furtherance of improving your brain you can now consider the free BlockBerry tetris game to be part of your daily regimen along with a case of BlackBerrys blueberries.

FYI it’s “regimen”. A regiment is a bunch of soldiers.

Nice catch. I usually just use routine but last time I checked regiment is also to to be forced into a certain discipline. Though I may have still used it wrong. Changed it anyways
