BoxTone Releases End User Self Service Software for BES Environments
BoxTone has really been at the forefront of BES monitoring and troubleshooting. They have really been breaking out of their usual mold recently with self service options for users but they have brought it all together this week with a new self service software offering. They have over 230 customers with 450,000 users on their systems with more than 68 customers in the Fortune 1000.
Self service is popular at large companies since it helps cut down on service desk calls by empowering users to help themselves. These actions include resetting the device password, activation password, wiping the device, and resending service books. Pretty useful if you have a large BlackBerry footprint.
