No immediately apparent new features. No problems with the installation or apps. Startup time from a reset seemed somewhat better. Reported memory use after a reboot is also better than 282. Looks ok and reboot time is considerably good. However, I will be testing one if the biggest draw backs of ver .282 within a day or two which is, when the phone is reset during the day, the battery life is significantly compromised.
