Skylab let me know that they have updated their free LiveTracker application to allow you to launch the remote tracking control via SMS or when your BlackBerry is rebooted. Skylab laat me weten dat ze hun vrije LiveTracker toepassing hebben bijgewerkt zodat u de afstandsbediening bijhouden controle via SMS of wanneer uw BlackBerry is opgestart lanceren. This is not the biggest upgrade in the beta but I really like the LiveTracker application so I was just looking for an excuse to mention it since the beta started. Dit is niet de grootste upgrade in de beta, maar ik hou echt van de LiveTracker toepassing dus ik was op zoek naar een excuus om het te vermelden, omdat de bèta begonnen. 
I am not sure how useful the location sharing features will be once BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 is released officially but the tracking features are nice AND FREE! Ik weet niet zeker hoe nuttig de locatie delen functies zullen eenmaal worden BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 is officieel vrijgegeven, maar de tracking functies zijn leuk en gratis! I just wish they would add in cell tower triangulation so it does not always need to use GPS. Ik wou dat ze zouden toevoegen in cel toren triangulatie zodat het niet altijd nodig om GPS te gebruiken.

- Background Tracking: Start LiveTracker and it sends the GPS location to our tracking server. Achtergrond Tracking: Start LiveTracker en deze stuurt de GPS-locatie voor het bijhouden van onze server.
- Automatic Tracking: On device startup GPS tracking can be fired up automatically. Automatic Tracking: Op het opstarten van GPS-tracking apparaat kan worden afgevuurd automatisch.
- Remote Control: Start and stop GPS tracking on your device by sending an SMS. Remote Control: Start en stop GPS tracking op het apparaat door het versturen van een SMS.
- Share Location: Send EMail, PIN, SMS, MMS, Twitter message to your location's map representation. Delen Locatie: E-mail, PIN, SMS, MMS, Twitter-bericht naar kaart van uw locatie vertegenwoordiging.
