Perhaps RIM ought to worry less about photos being printed in Berry Review (for which I thank you), focus more on making the Storm 2, Odin, 9520 a better product than the Storm 1 or as I call it the Storm ODIOUS CRAPPO... but then again that would not take very much... For decades Car & Track, Motor Trend, etc, have been publishing "pirated" photos of new cars... without Chrysler, Ford, GM, Studebaker, Packard or Tucker getting their panties in an uproar... hey we're on to something here all by themselves those leaked photos killed the auto industry.. that it! Problem here is that RIM is turning its feet into swiss cheese all by itself...

You Blackberry users ought to turn and face north, sing a few bars of "O' Canada", tell our neighbors to the north to get a get a decent hockey team again, and remind RIM that only Bill Gates get to ship it first and then fix it later... he has the monopoly... the last time that I checked there are options to Blackerry on the market.. love my new IPhone 3GS...

Smart phones are nothing more than a computer with a cell phone addition... so one should buy from a computer maker... lesson learned... thank you RIM and the Storm Odious CrCRAPPO Grande Scopata in Su (grand f@#kup) for teaching me the errors of my ways...

So, were the pictures actually made by RIM? If not, the DMCA notice is most likely utter bullshit because they don't even own the copyright to them.

That would be for the largest unlimited (but not really) package that Verizon offers (plus those "overages)... the broadband cards are on the old, as it was too good, no longer available, truly unlimited pricing. In between soft resets, I literally run my business from the phone..I then have the added insult of the "privilege charge" for Blackberry... the $400 is a median number... but thanks for the K-Y idea... need it for what congress has, is and is about to do to us...

@Stan Brody

I guess you want everyone to know how much you spend on your phone @ 400 a month your getting it up the ass with no lube, Get an unlimited plan and add the second line @ the discounted add-on rate. The broad band cards @ 2 x 59.99. You shouldnt be spending that much.

And your seriously with the knowledge you seem to have. Took your accounts (especially the broadband cards) and went to AT&T! you might as well had gotten a dialup account or just hope for wifi where you travel.

should have went to sprint, where there's Verizon there is sprint and vice-versa, dont believe what you hear sprints a good network.

@Stan Brody: you're lucky to be in one of the few areas that AT&T has a decent signal and doesn't drop calls all day long. Though they're huge in this area, their signal sucks big time. Most everyone uses them just for the iPhone and simply tolerates the poor signals. VZW, despite all their BS, still has a better 3G presence in anyplace you look when comparing their respective coverage maps.

From my experience the Storm has proven to be a piece of crap (being generous)... 1-2 soft resets daily... a 6 month wait for a software "fix" (nothing)... Hey RIM, only Bill gets to ship it first, then fix it later... What really pisses me off is that both RIM and Verizon knew in advance that the unit had "issues"... but just had to get something, anything to market in order to complete (it is no competition) for the Iphone... in my case, the Storm only served to sent me and my 2 phone and 2 broadband cards ($400 per month) account to AT&T...
