Vodafone UK 8520 Pricing & BlackBerry Storm 2 (Odin) Coming in October?
One of our readers sent in some solid information about Vodafone UK’s BlackBerry devices. They told me that they now have the BlackBerry 8520 Curve in their systems and the price is showing up as £165 inc VAT which means that it will probably be free for new customers with plans starting at £20+.
They were also told that they are getting the BlackBerry Storm 2 AKA Codename Odin in October. That fits in well with the current timeframes we are hearing and confirms that there will be a GSM version of the Storm 2. The tipster also pointed out that Vodafone changed the prices of the Bold & Storm. The bold has gone from £380 to £407 and the Storm has gone down from £400 to £387.
Pretty cool either way! I wonder if Vodafone will have their new prepaid BlackBerrys using the 8520…
