FAQ: Easily Add Hebrew Fonts To Your BlackBerry Tour OTA
Earlier this year we let you know that Nathan made OTA and desktop installation files to easily add Hebrew capabilities to your BlackBerry. He let me know that he has updated the files available and added support for the BlackBerry Tour.
It has been possible for quite awhile to add Hebrew fonts to your BlackBerry by installing a multilingual OS on your device but you had to hunt around for the right one. The problem is that you had to reinstall your OS to get the Hebrew font to work which turned away many people who were interested.
That is why Nathan created a simple download page where you can easily find the right files to install Hebrew fonts on your device. The best part is that you do not need to reinstall your OS to get Hebrew fonts since this installs like an application. Currently you can add the read only fonts OTA but if you want to be able to write with the fonts you will need to do this using the desktop install files on the same page.
