I never really understood the fascination with the iPhone interface. The devices are sexy but the UI is not really mind-blowing. Over the years we have had quite a few iPhone themes come out for the BlackBerry but now MMMOOO has released MyPhone which essentially tries to copy even more of the iPhone UI into its own application. I think that $12.99 is a high price to pay for a mimic of the iPhone interface but I have learned to never underestimate the iPhone/Apple fan boy craziness…

Well i can’t understhan wy a Blackberry Owner would want am Iphone look
I kno i phones look nice ,nice GUI …etc
But Blacberry is Unique in somany ways .,
that just the idea to make them look like iphone
sounds ……….I can’t even find a word to descrive it
much less i ‘ll pay $13 to make my BB look like Iphone

Whenever I see the iphone, Pre, WinMo, etc., themes for BB, it reminds me of the 1980′s car the “Corvari”. Take a Corvette, throw a body kit on it and TaDa, instant Ferrari. Except you just ruined a perfectly good Vette and the Ferrari people are just laughing at you. Didn’t everyone’s Mother teach them, “Just be yourself and people will like you.”?
