Desktop Manager 5.0.0.8 Ships With BlackBerry Tour
Adam must be one of the only people who checks out the CD that comes with the BlackBerry. He spotted the fact that RIM shipped out Desktop Manager 5.0.0.8 with the Verizon BlackBerry Tour.
I know we have seen Desktop Manager 5.0.0.8 leaked before but its weird that it is available on CD before it is even available officially online! Anybody find this version on Rapidshare yet?
Maybe this is one more sign that OS 5.0 for all devices is right around the corner.

The third party options that RIM offers are truly abysmal. I guess the only option we have is to install (shudder) Windows on a partition and use it only for the BB Desktop Manager. At least they made the Media Manager Mac compatible.
