Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to install Gtalk on the BlackBerry BOLD with OS 5.0 installed, when I click on the OTA link I get a message that the browser is not supported.

The Yahoo and Windows Live Messengers now offer an automatic “On The Phone” status when you answer a call. Pretty neat feature.

The OTA link listed above (http://www.blackberry.com/instantmessaging) does not seem to work. As ShuchberBerry mentioned i also get a message that the browser is not supported.

Tried the BOLT browser and the BB Browser. Both produce the same message.

Ronen – now that I used the link that takes me directly to the GTalk download page, I’m getting the following message:
Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Google Talk.
Again, I’m using OS 5.0 on the BlackBerry BOLD
