TuneWiki Makes Direct OTA Download Available For Free Version

tunewikiTuneWiki has decided to break free from the shackles of the App World. Tracy let me know that TuneWiki has made the OTA download links for their regular and Storm version available at the links below. Congrats TuneWiki for doing the right thing since as you can tell users are not that happy with the App World. You still need to get it through the App World if you want the $4.95 ad free version.

As a reminder TuneWiki lets you listen to your music using their application and it will show you the lyrics for your songs. It can also post the song you are currently playing to your Facebook and Twitter accounts. On top of that it also uses your GPS to show you a map of other users near you and what they are listening to.

I hope app makers are finally realizing that limiting their marketing to only the App World is a marketing failure! App World is slow and wastes my phones precious and limited memory! Thank you TuneWiki!
