The Upgrade link has been there from day one. Unfortunately, it still does not work for me. I called customer service, sales, etc. -- each call results in a different answer. The bottom line appears to be that anyone that has a corporate discount on their account cannot upgrade at this time. That's right -- make it the most difficult and frusterating for the most loyal customers (10+ years with multiple lines) and largest accounts (i.e., company with 20,000+ employees). ;-)
