I got official word from Sprint that the BlackBerry Tour will be released by them on July 12th. The BlackBerry Tour will sell for $199.99 with a new line or eligible upgrade with a 2 year contract after $50 instant rebate and $100 mail in rebate. De BlackBerry Tour zal verkopen voor 199,99 dollar met een nieuwe lijn of in aanmerking komende upgrade met een 2 jarig contract na 50 dollar onmiddellijke korting en 100 dollar post in korting. 1. 1. Note that it's not available in retail outlets on the 12th. Merk op dat het niet beschikbaar is in de detailhandel op de 12e.
2. 2. The 20th is actually the 19th when it will be available in-stores. De 20ste is eigenlijk de 19e wanneer deze beschikbaar zal zijn in winkels.
The entire 20th started when last weekend I was (quite) intoxicated and mentioned the 20th in the comments on BGR (it actually should have stated the 19th). De gehele 20e begon toen afgelopen weekend was ik (heel) dronken en vermeld de 20e in de commentaren op BGR (het eigenlijk zou moeten hebben verklaard de 19e).
The ridiculous thing is that SprintInsider (or whoever it was) picked it up from there, and then posted it, and then sent the link out to others which caused the entire whirlwind… Het belachelijke is dat SprintInsider (of wie het was) raapte het op van daar, en dan gepost, en dan stuurde de link naar anderen die de hele wervelwind veroorzaakt ...
Mind you, all of this with no hard-solid evidence at all which just goes that no one cares to check their facts when they are trying to get traffic to their site. Let wel, dit alles zonder hard-hard bewijs op alle die verder alleen dat niemand geeft om hun feiten, wanneer zij proberen om verkeer te genereren naar hun site te controleren.
I could have thrown out the date of July 4th on there and we probably would have the same results. Ik had gegooid op de datum van 4 juli van het bestaan en we hebben waarschijnlijk dezelfde resultaten.
So yeah… Dus ja ...
1. 1. I was wrong by a day (blame it on the alco..alco..alcohol) Ik had het mis door een dag (schuld het op de alcohol ALCO .. .. alcohol)
2. 2. The 12th is not in retail stores De 12e is niet in winkels
3. 3. No blogs ever confirmed the validity of the 20th. Geen blogs ooit bevestigde de geldigheid van de 20e. 1 just grabbed it from the comments on one site, ran with it, and everyone else followed suit. 1 net greep uit de reacties op een site, liep mee, en alle anderen volgden.

I was not trying to lay blame I am just glad that it is coming out a week earlier. Ik was niet proberen vast te stellen schuld Ik ben gewoon blij dat hij komt uit een week eerder. Usually blackberrys get delayed weeks or months after rumored release dates. Meestal krijgen BlackBerrys vertraagd weken of maanden na gerucht release data. I think it is a first that this is earlier! Ik denk dat het een eerste dat dit eerder!
Nice catch on the fact that it won't be available in stores. Mooie vangst op het feit dat hij niet beschikbaar zal zijn in de winkels.
Any idea if Sprint promised to sell a certain number like UBS claims? Enig idee wanneer Sprint beloofd om een aantal, zoals UBS vorderingen verkopen?

Can't speak on that cause not 100%, however, I wouldn't doubt it. Kan niet spreken over die oorzaak niet 100%, echter, ik zou niet twijfelen.
Usually anyways, a carrier has to “pre-order” or commit to a certain amount of devices anyways, so I wouldn't doubt it. Meestal Anyways, een drager van "pre-order" of verbinden tot een bepaalde hoeveelheid van apparaten anyways, dus ik zou niet twijfelen.
Its going to be interesting to see how many of these 9630's wind up unlocked running on TMo or AT&T… Het zal interessant zijn om te zien hoeveel van deze 9630's liquideren ontgrendeld draait op TMO of AT & T ...
And while many will run out and get this right away, there is a version of the 9630 + WiFi that Sprint is currently testing (doubt the same with Verizon, but who knows). En terwijl velen zullen zijn uitgeput en krijg deze meteen is er een versie van de 9630 + WiFi dat Sprint test momenteel (twijfel hetzelfde met Verizon, maar wie weet). That initially was looking like it would be the version Sprint would launch, however probably in order to keep up with Verizon, they settled for this one (first). Dat aanvankelijk was op zoek zou zijn als de versie van Sprint zou lanceren, maar waarschijnlijk in gelijke tred te houden met Verizon, vestigde zij voor deze (eerste). I wouldn't count out seeing a WiFi version of this launching on Sprint about 3 months after the initial launch. Ik zou niet rekenen op het zien van een WiFi-versie van deze inleiding op Sprint ongeveer 3 maanden na de eerste lancering.

  I doubt the 9630 can be unlocked to run on TMo or AT&T. Ik betwijfel de 9630 kan worden ontgrendeld te lopen op TMO of AT & T. The 8830 did not do domestic GSM, making this impossible, and I believe the 9630 is the same way. De 8830 heeft geen binnenlandse GSM, waardoor dit onmogelijk is, en ik denk dat het 9630 is op dezelfde manier.
  I'm ready to buy the 9630 the day it hits shelves, but the WiFi comment does make me a little cautious. Ik ben klaar om de 9630 kopen de dag hits rekken, maar de WiFi opmerking maakt me een beetje voorzichtig. I would prefer to have WiFi…can anyone confirm this? Ik zou liever hebben WiFi ... kan iemand dit bevestigen?

    It can be unlocked. Het kan worden ontgrendeld.
    I am running one on TMO and ATT right now. Ik loop een op TMO en ATT nu.
    From this point on (since the Storm) RIM is putting world-wide GSM radios in all CDMA international devices. Vanaf dit punt op (sinds de Storm) RIM is bezig de hele wereld GSM-radio's in alle internationale CDMA-apparaten.
    Connects just fine to the US and international networks. Sluit prima aan de Amerikaanse en internationale netwerken.
    Sprint is testing a WiFi version and unless something drastic happens, I would project it to be this fall/winter when it is available. Sprint is het testen van een WiFi-versie en tenzij er iets drastisch gebeurt, zou ik het project aan deze daling worden / winter, wanneer het beschikbaar is.
    The 9630 initial launch on Sprint was supposed to include WiFi, but in order to step up to the plate and launch with Verizon, Sprint “settled” for the standard 9630 to begin with. 9630 De eerste lancering op Sprint moest WiFi omvatten, maar om op stap om de plaat en start met Verizon, Sprint "opgelost" voor de standaard 9630 om te beginnen.

      How bizarre…I just looked it up on a few other sites, and the 9630 does support domestic GSM modes. Hoe bizar ... ik zag het op een paar andere sites, en de 9630 ondersteunt GSM binnenlandse modi. I was so ready to replace my 8830, but I really want WiFi…agh. Ik was zo klaar om mijn 8830 te vervangen, maar ik wil WiFi ... agh. Guess I will have to wait it out… Ik denk dat ik zal moeten wachten om het uit ...
