   Automatically recognizing fields (Receipt Reader service) is only free while in beta. Please give it a try while in beta though, especially since accounts are free for now!

   Rest assured, ProOnGo Expense (without Receipt Reader) will ALWAYS be FREE. This includes tracking expenses, attaching receipt images, exporting to Excel, XML, etc, e-mailing, and more (MOST of the functionality). You’ll just have to do a bit more typing without the Receipt Reader.

   ProOnGo Expense is now officially FREE. Also, ProOnGo just announced a new version that includes QuickBooks integration, faxing support, mileage tracking, and runs on most BlackBerries and Windows Mobile Phones.

   I recommend upgrading to the latest version of ProOnGo Expense today at http://www.ProOnGo.com. The latest version contains a lot of bug fixes\feature requests from customers (you can send requests straight from ProOnGo from the ‘Help and Support’ menu item).

   ProOnGo is also looking to sign up people for a private beta if they need to fax expense reports. The new fax feature will allow you to fax expenses straight from your phone to a fax machine. Please contact support@ProOnGo.com for more info.

   One tip: in BlackBerry options, ProOnGo Expense (and other apps you trust) will run a lot more smoothly if you Edit your BlackBerry options\permissions to ‘Allow’ ProOnGo.
