Stolen file associates without asking, installed software without asking, slow, buggy and terrible UI. They made adobe and MS look like code efficiency superstars. As far as conversion for BlackBerry or anything else, I have never come across anything more simple (or more free) than <a href="http://www.formatoz.com/" rel="nofollow">FormatFactory</a>. It’s pretty cool that it grabs the video but sites like KeepVid can do that for you as well.
