  1. Uhhh…this update seemingly bricked my Rogers 8900. Desktop Manager said a fatal error occured and now my device does a whole lot of nothing.

I’ve done updates before and never had an issue. I’m also not retarded, for the record.

Might wanna hold off on this one?

    • It is very hard to really brick a Blackberry. Did you try to wipe the device via Javaloader (Javaloader -usb wipe) and reinstall OS?

Also, it is known to have issues while upgrading on a Mac running VMWare or Parallels. If you are using such an environment, I recommend using a Windows PC or Bootcamp.

  2. The oficial release by TIM Italy, bricked my camera, now Kevin says that this one is buggy. i think ill skip this one.
I tested the early 250 (unoficial) and worked fine, now im testing 5.0.0.100 and runs really smooth.
everything works but FB…. so im keeping this one and wait for a newer release.

  3. I been using the leaked east Asia version for quite some time and have not seen any issues with it.
