Luis let me know that the Financial Times has updated their mobile offerings with a redesigned mobile website and a new app available to premium subscribers. I personally do not see the point of the premium app since it looks like most of the content is on the free mobile site.

The mobile site at m.ft.com has:
- Improved new look, optimized for iPhone and BlackBerry devices
- More FT content
- More markets data
- Customized stock information
- Improved search
The app for premium subscribers adds:
- Look up stock prices and search the last 30 days from the FT.com archive
- Receive a personalized briefing in the ‘My FT’ folder of articles based on your reading habits and preferences
- Load stories onto your phone or BlackBerry to read even when you don’t have a mobile signal
