ProOnGo let me know about their current free public beta. They allow you to take pictures of your receipts and upload them to their service for later access. I guess you can already do this with your BlackBerry camera and offload them yourself but this is automated with easier ways to export the images.
NOTE: Sadly right now the app only supports the Storm due to its sharp camera but 8900 support is already in closed beta. Just expect it to support 3.2 Megapixel camera enabled BlackBerrys.
Right now there are no details on the pricing once it is out of beta other than it will be a low monthly subscription fee. Check out the details at this link or register at this link.
Let us know what you find!

Also, please enjoy our Receipt Reader service, which makes it easy to take your pile of receipts and turn them into merchant names, dates, and amounts without any typing on your part. When you download the app and run it for the first time, you’ll see how easy it is to have your images sync up to our service automatically, leaving you with a filled-out expense list in just a few minutes!

DavidB,
Drop us a line at support@proongo.com and we’re happy to see how we can fit in with your Deltek solution. Right now we’re deciding which expense systems to integrate with, so it would be great to hear your experience with Deltek.

Wow, just processed old receipts stuck in my bag. Use the receipt reader service! It works great. The power of this app is turning receipt images into expense entries. Nothing out there like it.

Sweeeet. Very innovative. No need to export images as article states. Use the free service and reduce expense entries to picture taking.
