Tonite I opened the Desktop Manager, intending to sync music, and another window opened informing me that an upgrade was available. I figured what did I have to lose, so clicked Yes. Bottom line, the 4.7.0.148 upgrade downloaded & installed flawlessly. Go figure! Never mind my 6/3 entry. I tried to download/install OTA, but at 14% download the program froze - after 4 hours still at 14%. I came home and tried to download/install from Desktop Manager Installer. It looked fine until I kept getting this error msg: "A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again." Tried several times with same error msg results. Tried again to download/install OTA, but this time the download froze at 74%. Any idea what's wrong and how to get a full and clean download/install?
