The rules actually say: "Winners will be able to indicate their preferred mobile carrier by sending an email to fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com within ten (10) business days of win notification. Preferred mobile carrier selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. If no preference is received within the required time, Sponsor will determine mobile carrier in its sole discretion.
