I am really liking this trend of large airlines and hotel chains mobilizing their websites. It used to be that you were out of luck if you wanted to check your reservation from your BlackBerry without calling. Usablenet just let me know that they have mobilized the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts website with these features:
- Find and book a hotel by location
- Hyatt special offers
- View or cancel a reservation
- Web check in and check out
- Access Hyatt’s Yatt’it travel tips by country
- Access for Gold Passport members including joining the program
In short the mobile site gives you full access to the Hyatt website. You can check it out by going to www.hyatt.com from your BlackBerry or directly at www.hyatt2go.com.

I deeply respect companies that design useful mobile websites.
