AT&T BlackBerry 8900 Pricing Leaked

BRG Scored a pricing sheet for AT&T upcoming devices, and what was included on it was the long awaited 8900 release on AT&T. This has been around the net for a few days but I though it be worth posting. Rumor has it that the release should be around mid summer, hopefully all of you who have been waiting for this device don’t have to wait much longer.

It looks like the pricing is the same as T-mobiles pricing when it was first released at $199.00 after a mail in rebate with a 2yr agreement. T-Mobile since has dropped the price to $150.00, which is not a bad deal if you ask me specially for this phone. Now with rumors a that a 3G BlackBerry is headed to T-Mobile do you think it will affect AT&T’s release of the 8900?

    *BGR lol

I think i would’ve have purchased this if it came out as originally planned in December

  2. It’ll sell regardless, because people who would opt for this phone don’t care (or say they don’t care) about 3g anyways.

Otherwise you have had the Bold as an option on AT&T for quite some time now (which I wouldn’t call the tmobile 3g much of an upgrade from the Bold) and you can even get the refurbs for free…

  3. I just wish it was 3g. I know edge network isn’t bad, i just wished they put 3g in it :(

I gave my Bold to my GF knowing this was coming out soon. $199 seems high though I might wait awhile longer. The price will come down fast, I think, plus I will see what new is coming out. My Storm is working fine on EDGE for now.
