		<description>Not really sure why it&#039;s complicated, Ronen, the parts of Alltel that are to be divested are still operating under the Alltel name until someone buys them at which point there probably will be a name change. VZW is not exercising direct control of those parts, so it stands to reason that there will be differences in rate plans, phone releases, etc.</description>
