This has happened to me a few times on my BlackBerry and I am glad RIM has finally addressed the issue with a Dit is gebeurd met mij een paar keer op mijn BlackBerry en ik ben blij RIM heeft eindelijk de kwestie met een recent knowledge base article recente Knowledge Base-artikel . . Ever gotten this error after unplugging your BlackBerry from your computer? Ooit gekregen deze fout na het loskoppelen van uw BlackBerry van uw computer?

A Media Card has been inserted that contains errors. A Media Card is ingevoegd dat fouten bevat. To correct the errors please use a disk error-checking utility on a computer. Voor het corrigeren van de fouten, gebruik dan een disk error-controle hulpprogramma op een computer.

My first reaction when I got this error was “CRAP what about all my pictures!” Then I realized it is a simple as plugging your BlackBerry into your PC and running CheckDisk to fix the errors. Mijn eerste reactie toen ik deze fout was "CRAP hoe zit het met al mijn foto's!" Toen besefte ik dat het een eenvoudig als uw BlackBerry inpluggen in je pc en draait CheckDisk om de fouten te herstellen. Some of you may not have realized that so I thought I would share. Sommigen van u kunnen niet gerealiseerd hebben dat dus ik dacht dat ik zou delen.

  1. Plug your BlackBerry into a Windows computer and turn on mass storage mode if it is not already turned on Sluit uw BlackBerry in een Windows-computer en zet massaopslag modus als deze nog niet is ingeschakeld
  2. Open My Computer. Open Deze computer.
  3. Right-click the appropriate Removable Disk . Klik met de rechtermuisknop de juiste verwisselbare schijf.
  4. Click Tools , and then click Check Now . Klik op Extra en klik op Nu controleren.
  5. Select Automatically fix file system errors , and then click Start . Selecteer het bestandssysteem automatisch corrigeren fouten, en klik op Start.

Things should work just fine after that! Dingen moeten werken prima na dat! At least it worked the last two times I got this error. Tenminste werkte de laatste twee keer kreeg ik deze fout. Not sure if there is a way to do this on a Mac but let me know! Niet zeker of er een manier om dit te doen op een Mac, maar laat het me weten! I personally think it sucks that RIM cannot just include the disk checking utility on your BlackBerry since your only option from the device is to format it completely and lose your data… Ik persoonlijk vind het klote dat RIM niet alleen kunnen bestaan uit het controleren van de disk utility op uw BlackBerry sinds uw enige optie van het apparaat is deze volledig te formatteren en verliest uw gegevens ...

    I plug my BB and memory sticks in all the time and I never get this issue unless I forget to Eject or Safely remove the devices before I pull them. Ik sluit mijn BB en memory sticks in alle tijd en ik nooit dit probleem, tenzij ik vergeet te uitwerpen of de apparaten veilig verwijderen voordat ik trek ze. If you don't do this, some of the data tables on the card don't point to the right bits. Als u dit niet doet, doen een aantal van de gegevens tabellen op de kaart niet wijzen op de juiste bits. Just like a harddrive. Net als een harde schijf.

      I agree with Paul – I would get this error almost every disconnect if I dont hit the “Safely Remove..” icon in system tray. Ik ben het eens met Paul - Ik krijg deze fout bijna elke loskoppelen als ik de "Safely Remove .."-pictogram in het systeemvak dont hit.

      Remember, when you run the CheckDisk it will recover information and throw a tiny file on the microSD card. Vergeet niet, wanneer u de CheckDisk zal herstellen informatie en een kleine file op de microSD-kaart gooien. Delete to free the space back up, if you so desire… Verwijderen om de vrije ruimte een back-up, indien u dit wenst ...

      Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I got the error code and freaked out then realized I had absolutely no access to my info on the card. Dank u, dank u, dank u, ik heb de foutcode en freaked out toen realiseerde ik had absoluut geen toegang tot mijn info over de kaart. All those ring tones and all that time it just about made me sick. Al die beltonen en al die tijd alleen over maakte me ziek. Wonderful Google gave me to you and you saved the day. Wonderful Google gaf me aan u en u hebt opgeslagen op de dag.     just happened to me yesterday on a mac..unplugged it without dismounting it by accident.. gewoon overkwam me gisteren op een mac .. unplugged zonder demontage door ongeluk ..

    sucks cause I have to use bootcamp to fix.. sucks want ik heb te bootcamp gebruiken om vast te stellen ..

    I have a question about the media card… My blackberry has been unlocked by t-mobile and i have Vodafone service on it in germany. Ik heb een vraag over de media kaart ... Mijn blackberry is ontsloten door T-Mobile en ik heb Vodafone dienst op in Duitsland. I started using my media card about 3 days ago and ever since ive been getting an error code (im not sure what it is at the moment) i cant make or recieve calls when its in this mode, i usually dont figure it our until i try to make a call. Ik begon met mijn media kaart ongeveer 3 dagen geleden en sindsdien Ive krijg een foutcode (im niet zeker wat het is op dit moment) i cant bellen of gebeld wanneer het in deze modus, i dont meestal cijfer is onze totdat ik proberen om te bellen. all i can figure is that there is a problem with my media card or it could have something to do with the fact that i have a phone out of the defected batch that came from RIM to suncom, ive been through 5 BB since 2007-august. Ik kan alleen cijfer is dat er een probleem met mijn media-kaart of het zou iets te maken hebben met het feit dat ik een telefoon uit de Defected partij die kwam van RIM om SunCom, Ive t / m 5 BB sinds 2007-augustus . if any one has any explaination as to why my media card would be affecting my phone like this or has a solutoin to the problem please share!! als iemand heeft geen uitleg waarom mijn media kaart zou zijn gevolgen heeft voor mijn telefoon als deze of een solutoin om het probleem op u te delen! Thank You!!!! Thank You!!

    thank u so much for posting that! thank u zoveel voor het posten van dat! i jus got my 8gb memory card and like some i added my pics and songs and jus pulled it out and of course i got “THE MESSAGE” and i could not figure out how in the world i could fix it! i jus got mijn 8gb geheugenkaart en zoals sommige voegde ik mijn foto's en liederen en jus trok het uit en natuurlijk heb ik "The Message" en ik kon niet achterhalen hoe in de wereld kon ik het te repareren! so…i googled it and i finally found an answer that worked! dus ... ik googled en ik eindelijk een antwoord dat werkte! thanks again! thanks again!

    When I click on “Tools” I don't have the option of “Automatically fix file system errors” etc! Als ik klik op 'Extra' Ik heb niet de optie "bestandssysteem automatisch corrigeren fouten 'etc! : o ( (

    Ronen, Thank you so much for this tip. Ronen, Dank je wel voor deze tip. It seemed to work great. Het leek te werken groot. I can't find my lost music or pictures (some of which are not replaceable) but at least it corrected that media card. Ik kan niet vinden mijn verloren muziek of foto's (waarvan sommige niet vervangbaar zijn), maar ten minste het gecorrigeerd dat de media-kaart.

    Not sure what caused it but what a pain it is having this happen. Niet zeker wat de oorzaak is, maar wat een pijn zij heeft dit gebeuren.

    I rebooted my phone and my pictures and music are all back. Ik herstartte mijn telefoon en mijn foto's en muziek zijn allemaal terug.

    stephanie, right click on the removable disk, click properties then you got the tools where the check disk option is available Stephanie, klik met de rechtermuisknop op de verwisselbare schijf, klik op Eigenschappen dan heb je het gereedschap waar de controle schijf optie beschikbaar

    I have a brand new MicroSD card and put it in my Blackberry curve, I did everything you have mentioned but when I check the Automatically fix file system errors and click start, the message is that Windows was unable to complete disk check. Ik heb een gloednieuwe MicroSD-kaart en zet het in mijn Blackberry Curve, Ik deed alles wat u hebt genoemd, maar wanneer ik de bestandssysteem automatisch corrigeren fouten en klik op Start, wordt het bericht dat Windows niet in staat was naar de schijf volledig controleren. Any ideas what to do next? Enig idee wat nu te doen?
