This is an interesting read, also $7 a month is nothing. I pay almost the same for my morning cup of coffee. I also had good success watching some of the online TV channels on http://www.myeasytv.com

Still cannot find the app in bb app world. Will somebody please tell me how I can find it cuz the searching isn't working. I use wi-fi at home and work all the time so it won't be a problem for me. Just want to try it out but I have to be able to download the app first. Trying to find it in the app world once again Thanks.

The more I think about it and read about this, I'm with the folks saying this is fail due to WiFi requirement. Um, HELLO Quickplay, you DO realize that the VAST majority of BlackBerry smartphones out there DO NOT have WiFi? And half the country (okay, about 120 million or so, so a third) uses cellular providers who historically do not offer WiFi on their devices (Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, USCellular, etc.)! At a minimum you need to make your app work like Slacker radio station caching that can at least be done whenever you connect to your PC.

90% sure Skyfire will solve this (which makes this solution even more absurd). I would even opt for a slingbox or PC server over this solution.

Totally agree with all of you but I had to mention it with all the buildup RIM has been doing...
Personally I just think somebody needs to find a way to get Hulu on my BlackBerry.

This app fails for a lot of reasons in it's current state...

$8 a month subscription
Can't preview anything without a subscription
Requires wifi
Very limited content selection currently (for example, say you lookup NBC, there's about 3 shows. Say you pick the Office, there's ONE episode...)
Channels display even if they currently have 0 content
You can't subscribe from the app...

Don't worry about it. Its not that great. They don't even have half of the shows up yet! I'm not happy. They should have had this ready before going live!
