BlackBerry 8520 Curve Gets Reviewed!

curve8520Woot! The 8520 just got reviewed. :) Just as a reminder the 8520 Curve is an upcoming low end device that looks like it will replace the Curve. It is not 3G and has a 2 megapixel camera minus the flash but does have Wi-Fi.

The cool part about this device is the new trackpad instead of trackball and the top sided media controls! Definitely a looker for those who do not need top of the line devices though the lack of 3G will turn off many though the 256mb of memory is a nice upgrade.

  1. This is really goodnews…except I have a Storm already that is less than what I would call a good phone…well its not even a good PDA…buggy os .148 isn’t much better so far my battery lasted an amazing 5 hours today….141 it lasted 11 hours.

    aaaahhhhboooo

    • aaaaahhhhhhboooo is correct Morrison, I am using .148 on my Storm. It is on AT&T and while it hold EDGE well the battery life is not good. It reminds me of the time my uncle came over and luckily his batteries died quickly too.

  2. Surepress is replaced by Truepress. It still clicks. This Storm 2 isn’t finished, its missing the click hardware under the screen. Storm 2 is NOT touch capacative.
