I had never heard of Bluegrass Cellular until Tim let me know that they have released OS 4.5.0.138 for their 8130(ESN) & 8130m(MEID) devices. Turns out they are a carrier in Kentucky…
This is a newer build than the .131 released by Sprint a bit back for the 8130. No word back yet on if it is better than recent builds but hopefully we will find out soon enough since .138 seems to be humming along just fine on the 8330s & 8830s.

PS: Does anybody have Bluegrass Cellular as their carrier? I am curious to know if they are any good…

It would be nice to see a 4.6 version for the pearl!
