I can report that T-Mo is pretty good with Rebates. I got the rebate for my router no problems. When the rebates for my two 8320s didn't appear, I called customer service and they credited the amounts of the rebate to my next bill. The issue was that I did a new contract within the 14 trial days, but my rebate was mailed between these two contracts.
