HORIZONWIRELESSONLINE never sends my parts either, and I hear from them about once a week to ten days. I NEED A RELIABLE PARTS SUPPLIER. At this point, I don't care if they are over-priced..I will just hand that down to my clients. But I need someone who when they say they are going to ship something, actually send it, and not 2 weeks later when I finally get back ahold of them, hear them say "Oh man...I forgot yo!"
