The federal government has just announced the largest infrastructure project in Australian history to try and jump start the economy. O governo federal acaba de anunciar o maior projeto de infra-estrutura na história da Austrália para tentar saltar o começo da economia.
A $43B (AUD) spend on fibre to home telecommunications network for a final data speed of 100MBPS broadband from each home in Australia. I was involved in the fibre to node roll out a few years ago (this put a fibre optic cable to every suburb) and this is the next natural step.     The problem with a 10 Year roll out is. O problema com um rolo Ano 10 está fora.
    Current technology will be changed by the time of conception. A tecnologia atual será alterado até ao momento da concepção.
    From my understanding 100MB+ wireless speeds will be available within five years so Fibre for internet will be redundant. No meu entendimento, 100MB + velocidades wireless estará disponível dentro de cinco anos, de fibra para a internet será redundante.
    I Have a funny idea their are ulterior motives behind this like Fibre HD Tv and the infrastucture in place to bring Telecom under Goverment Control.     Also remember that they are proposing Wireless & Sat for Country Areas in this roll out using CURRENT technology. Também lembro que eles estão propondo Wireless & Sun para Áreas País neste implantação usando a tecnologia atual.

      I could not agree with you any more than what I do. Eu não poderia concordar com você mais do que eu faço. I think you hit the nail on the head. Acho que você bateu o prego na cabeça.
      It is nothing more than a jobs stimulus package from a government with a 'spend now, pay later attitude'. Não é nada mais do que um pacote de estímulo de empregos de um governo com uma "gastar agora, pague depois atitude '. (Sorry, now I'm getting political. lol) (Desculpe, agora estou político. Lol)
      With the current, all be it, laboratory, speeds of Telstra's wireless network, just imagine what sort of speeds they will be capable in 10 years time…)(And it's a lot easier to roll out a wireless network over a fibre one) Com o atual, todos os ser-lo, laboratório, as velocidades de rede sem fio da Telstra, basta imaginar que tipo de velocidades serão capazes vez em 10 anos ...) (E é muito mais fácil para a implantação de uma rede sem fios através de uma fibra)

        One other thing to mull about. Uma outra coisa a meditar sobre.
        Telstra have a mandate to provide wire to the house as part of the Australian Goverment legislation when telstra was privatised. Telstra tem um mandato para fornecer fio para a casa como parte da legislação do governo australiano Telstra quando foi privatizada.
        So it make me wonder why its being rolled out, because as long as one little old lady wants standard phone telstra have to maintain her exchange. Por isso me faz perguntar por que seu ser rolados para fora, porque enquanto uma velhinha quer Telstra telefone padrão tem que manter seu câmbio.
