I like this browser so far. The 2 things it doesn't do that I would like to see is be able to click and email address on a website and it open my email. I also would like to listen to my favorite radio stations streaming audio from their site. I have been bugging them to get a BB apps like some others are, but it has yet to happen so I was hoping this browser would allow it to work. Oh well. Good over all though

I am not that impressed. it is better than the initial offering but in testing bolt vs opera mini, i still default to opera mini. it will always be free and the pages just fit better and look better. speed wise, bolt is sort of a rusty bolt. hoohumm.

First impressions are a rare positive having used Opera Mini and Mobile for a few years (forget the rest). Bolt feels Beta, but has the edge on quality and speed. You can now view and edit desktop pages with relative ease eg Gmail, Calendar, Youtube. That's not possible in another mobile browser. The mobile versions or apps for these generally miss important functions. Still testing.

Finally my prayers have been answered. A browser with which I can play my onlinegames. :-) And I tried quite a lot different browsers on different phones.

I mostly use the native browser, but sometimes one browser works when another doesn't. Multiple choices and upgrades are always welcome.

All said and done. I am happy with the inbuilt BlackBerry browser. All 3rd party browsers are a no no for me. Doesn't impress me at all.

I might be in the minority but I find the built in browser pretty satisfactory for my needs. It's not so bloated and slow. I guess I'm lucky in that just about every site I need to which I need access has a mobile-friendly portal.

Regardless, I am grateful to the authors of Bolt for providing a free option.

Well, if they added BIS instead of using a WAP connection. We're charged for such traffic here so this is not a viable browser because of that. Opera added it long ago to their Mini browser.
