I personally use the free BBWeather app on my BlackBerry but I know our readers like alternatives. Bellshare let me know that they have just released BerryWeather which is a slick looking weather app for BlackBerry. I have been envious of the beautiful weather app on the HTC Touch Pro and this brings the BlackBerry one step closer. You have to check out this video to see why I call BerryWeather the eye candy weather app. It is also one of the only apps I know of that gives you weather advisories that are important in certain parts of the country.
UPDATE: Bellshare has updated the price of BerryWeather to $9.95 so now you can use the 15% off coupon below for an even better price!
Note: At $19.95 the app is pretty pricey though it does have a free trial. Bellshare kindly offered a good discount and some giveaway copies to help convince people to try it out:
- 10 free copies of BerryWeather: Using coupon code – brberryweather100 (First come first serve)
- UPDATED: 15% Off BerryWeather until April 3rd: Using coupon code – brweather15
- UPDATED2: 15% Off BerryWeather until April 3rd: Using coupon code - brberryweather15

This program sure looks nice. I got in on the free copy too, thanks BerryWeather. I’ve been using the free BBWeather app too, but this is sure a lot better looking. Seems that there’s more data provided too

Looks like the 50% off might be automatic until April 3rd, seeing as how the coupon doesn’t work.

This is BY FAR the best weather app I have seen for Blackberry. I purchased it just minutes after downloading the trial. Its the only weather app that has given me an accurate current condition and the forcast for 7 days seems to be right on the money!

Has anyone else noted that this program eats up your memory really fast? I have to reboot my 8310 ater running berryweather for less than an hour! I love the program and bought a copy, but I have to close it down everytime so that it doesnt crash my baby.

New versions are supposed to fix memory leaks that seem to be more noticeable in 83xx lineup. Get it from their site.
