googlesearch Paul let me know that Google just added some new features to their Mobile App. Paul laat me weten dat Google slechts een aantal nieuwe functies toegevoegd om hun Mobile App. The new version brings voice search and searches based on “My Location” which uses cell towers for your location. De nieuwe versie brengt stem zoeken en zoekt op basis van "My Location" die cel torens gebruikt voor uw locatie. Pretty cool for a free application and definitely ups the usefulness of the app. Pretty cool voor een gratis applicatie ups en zeker het nut van de app. On the other hand the app really started to get bloated at 600Kb+. Aan de andere kant de app echt begon te krijgen op opgeblazen 600Kb +.

    The voice search is surprisingly efficient! De stem zoek is verrassend efficiënt! I set my left side convenience key to open the search and then I can just say a restaurant and it searches! Ik mijn linkerkant gemak toets om het zoeken te openen en dan kan ik alleen maar zeggen een restaurant en het zoekt! Awesome for searching while driving Awesome voor het zoeken tijdens het rijden

    Amazingly accurate. Verbazingwekkend nauwkeurig. This is a wonderful addition. Dit is een prachtige aanvulling.

    After installing and attempting the voice search, I got an error screen saying Try Restarting Google Mobile App. Na het installeren en proberen de stem zoeken, kreeg ik een foutmelding scherm gezegde Probeer opnieuw starten van Google Mobile App. Of course, even when I exit, it is still running in the background so there is no way to actually restart it except…. Natuurlijk, zelfs wanneer ik vertrek, is het nog steeds op de achtergrond, dus er is geen manier om daadwerkelijk het herstarten, behalve .... rebooting! rebooten! But that didn't help either. Maar dat ook niet hielp.

      when holding down the green phone i get a popup “Try restarting Google Mobile App” even when I tried the left conv key wanneer houd de groene telefoon krijg ik een popup "Probeer opnieuw opstarten van Google Mobile App", zelfs toen ik probeerde de linker conv toets
      I “EXIT” and restart Google Mobile App and get the same, and then on a reboot, same I "EXIT" en start Google Mobile App en krijg dezelfde, en vervolgens op een herstart, zelfde
      I don't have the GPS but the My Location shows the proper ZIP Ik heb niet de GPS, maar de Mijn locatie geeft de juiste ZIP

        I happen to leave the Google Mobile App open with the curser in the text search field, I saw that it was communicating, I tried the “search by voice” Ik gebeuren met de Google Mobile App laten openen met de cursor in de tekst zoekveld, zag ik dat het communiceren, probeerde ik de "zoeken op stem"
        IT WORKS.. IT WORKS ..
        I guess we just have to wait a bit Ik denk dat we gewoon een beetje wachten

      I have BB 8330, Verizon. Ik heb BB 8330, Verizon. Before I upgraded my OS to 4.5, voice search worked great. Voordat ik mijn OS upgrade naar 4.5, voice zoeken werkte prima. After the upgrade, it stopped working. Na de upgrade stopte het werkend. I have tried every suggestion without success. Ik heb geprobeerd om de suggestie zonder succes. Too bad, I love the app when it functioned properly. Jammer, ik hou van de app toen het functioneerde naar behoren.

    voice search it not working when using wifi only. stem zoek het niet werkt bij het gebruik van wifi alleen.

    Wi fi only prob not working becaue it searches cell towers for location. Wi fi alleen prob niet werkt becaue het cel torens voor locatie zoekopdrachten. Turn location off in settings. Zet locatie uit in instellingen.

    Getting the same Error (try restart google app) curve 8330 Telus. Haal het dezelfde fout (probeer opnieuw opstarten Google App) curve 8330 Telus. Hope it will be fixed soon. Hoop dat binnenkort zal worden vastgesteld.

    those two features are not available for Storm devices yet… deze twee functies zijn nog niet beschikbaar voor Storm apparaten ...

    I am a verizon 8330 curve user and I am getting the same error popup that other people are getting. Ik ben een verizon 8330 curve gebruiker en ik krijg dezelfde fout popup die andere mensen krijgt. Even when I reboot, it still says the same thing Zelfs als ik reboot, zegt het nog steeds hetzelfde : (

    Ok I got this to work on my 8330 curve, telus. Ok ik heb dit te laten werken op mijn 8330 curve, Telus. What I did is updated my os from .77 to .131 and then dl google again….Bam it works great. Wat ik deed is bijgewerkt mijn OS ,77-,131 dl google en dan weer .... Bam het werkt geweldig. Hope this help out. Hoop dat dit helpen.

    I tried everyting on this thread to no avail. Ik probeerde alles wat te maken op deze draad niet baten. I then deleted google mobile app and google maps, upgraded my os to .131, reinstalled google mobile app and all is functioning as expected now….slick stuff. Vervolgens heb ik verwijderd Google Mobile App en Google Maps, opgewaardeerd mijn os te ,131, reinstalled Google Mobile App en alles functioneert zoals nu verwacht .... Slick stuff. Then reinstalled google maps, got the interprocess comm error. Dan reinstalled Google Maps, kreeg de interprocess comm fout. Rebooted (either method) and confirmed all still functioning as expected. Opgestart (hetzij methode) en bevestigd allemaal nog functioneert zoals verwacht.
