Slacker v1.1.11 Released: Adds Bluetooth Headphone Support

Developer: Slacker Cost: Free

slackerI was shocked to learn this was not supported in the first place but it looks like that error was corrected. You can now use stereo Bluetooth headphones with Slacker as of the latest v1.1.11. You can pick up the latest version at www.slacker.com. I am curious to see if this version improves on the stability issues of the previous versions. I really wish they would let you cache radio stations over the 3G connection or at the very least over Wi-Fi!

I was using a Bluetooth FM transmitter with the original revision on my Storm. It was working like a champ. I thought something was wrong on the new version when it WOULDN’T work. I almost got in a wreck (I use it in the car) while I was checking the menu, then I saw the “enable bluetooth option.

  4. It might be more stable on my curve I sure hope it stays that way.
