DubMeNow: Trying To Simplify Contact Exchanges
For awhile now RIM has let us email a contact with an address book entry but that requires a few steps. I always thought that RIM should have an easy way to send your contact information from one BlackBerry to another kind of like Palm had with infrared transfers back in the day. It would be a great way to get rid of business cards…
DubMeNow is trying to do this on their own with their free software. It tries to make it ridiculously easy for you to swap contact information and choose which contact information you want to send. It may be worth a shot if you are interested in such a solution but I think it is stuck in a chicken before the egg kind of situation. If nobody has the software it is no longer easy…
Check it out at www.dubmenow.com and let me know what you think. If you found a simpler way to exchange contacts let me know!
