Tom and Tashanna let me know that BBSmart has updated their popular Alarms Pro application to support OS 4.6, 4.6.1, & 4.7 along with slashing the price of the application down to $4.95. (Originally $14.95) As a reminder BBSmart Alarms Pro is a very popular multi-alarm application for BlackBerry fixing a feature requirement that RIM should have addressed years ago. I still cannot believe that RIM has not provided a multi-alarm natively… I know I really could have used that more than a bedside mode, analog clock, or timer. The coolest new feature in the new Alarms Pro is that it shows a icon in the top banner of your phone if you have an alarm set. (OS 4.6+)
From the product description:
BBSmart Alarms Pro is the most visually stunning, fully-featured, and powerful multi-alarm application available for the BlackBerry today. Set alarms on your BlackBerry, any time, all the time, with confidence in BBSmart Alarms Pro!
BBSmart Alarms Pro was designed with usability in mind; which means that it is simple, quick, and easy to use without getting in your way and it does all this with style!

Been using this app for a while. It works well. Got it on special during one of those big software sales. Its a good app but 15 bucks was a bit steep. I think the current price makes a lot more sense.

RIM has finally put multiple alarm support into 4.6 and up. It’s in the Calendar. Hit the menu button and choose New Alarm.

RIM’s alarm will also wake up the device. I’m not sure if an other app can do that.

Just download and realized it’s a 400K app.. WTF? It’s not doing all that much for taking up so much space.
