Free eVeek Sterling Theme for the 8900, 9000 & 9500

Thanks to Vivian for giving us a heads up about eVeek’s latest free theme called Sterling. Available for 8900, 9000 & 9500 devices, Sterling is an extremely sleek looking theme with its abstract background and cool rounded icons. On the home screen, you have a smooth sliding side dock of 8 user customizable icons that ‘highlight’ the selected icon so you know immediately which app you are selecting. Other than that, the only thing on the home screen (besides the background) is the time. All other battery/signal indicators can be seen on the application screen. I really like this theme’s overall sharp yet simplistic style. Definately my kind of theme! Best part is it’s free at eVeek!!

    This theme looks nice, but it slows the 8900 down to a crawl. All you see is the spinning clock icon every time you select an app or screen.

    I’m on OS .168

    Great theme but on website’s preview shot you cab see a signal strength meter but when i install the theme on my BOLD i don’t see it at all.

    Webchetan, I wasn’t kidding. Try it yourself. It is brutally slow.
