I am going to need a desktop .zip download for this one. It’s a whopping 1Mb and the connection to that site is impossibly slow. The download has been canceled on me 6 times. I give up.

Yeah, it occurred to me to check for a ShortCovers post *after* I commented. lol

Did you ever get it working? I had problems with my initial install but that was because I installed the version for the Storm. lol Again, I only realized it after I had contacted @shortcovers on Twitter. Have to give props, though – they’re pretty responsive….

I tried downloading to my 8820 and it would not let me. I tried several times and got the same error message.

You may want to also check out ShortCovers, a new mobile application that lets one browse, purchase, and read the latest books on their BlackBerry. Storm is supported.

I have it installed on my 8900 and the process is pretty seamless and comparable to the Mobipocket experience.
