You Are Here Beta – Adds Your Location to Your Email Signature

Tashanna let me know about You Are Here (Read “Big Brother”) which is in a free beta mode until March 15th. It adds your location to your email signatures using GPS and lets you link it to Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, MapQuest, or Live Search Maps. It lets you select which email accounts to add the signature to and the refresh rate for how often it checks your location. The signature can also include latitude, longitude, altitude, and time though I doubt the first three will be of much use…

NOTE: This doesn’t add an application icon, it adds an option to "Options" screen only.

You can pick up OTA at this link and read more on the thread at CrackBerry Forums.

To get it to work you have to fill out where it says signature. It come blank with an example underneath. Just copy the exanple and paste next to signature and it will work from there!! I didn’t realise till I tried it but yes it does work although the google mapo location is bit hit and miss
