Amazon Selling 8900 Curve for $50 After $100 Rebate

8900 ChrisT let me know that Amazon has the 8900 Curve from T-Mobile for $49.99 after a $100 rebate. The $50 price tag is nothing crazy new but I know many people (like me) enjoy Amazon’s more liberal return policy.

I also am pleased to see that they no longer have a $250 mail in rebate to get the discount since the $250 is now an instant rebate. I bought a phone a few years back and forgot to mail in the rebates at the exact time and lost $250. This way there is only a $100 rebate which in my opinion should also be instant but I guess carriers are counting on at least some of us not sending them in…

    Wow! So wish I could get this as an upgrade since I’m already with T-Mobile.

    add a line, switch the sim cards so you can use it on your current line, and then cancel the second line after 181 days. You don’t get quite as good a deal that way but it’s still a huge savings.
