The filename says that this is a East Asia release. I don’t know if this important if using english language, but I think that other languages may be missing. Here are the filenames for coparison:

Doesn’t matter to English uses. It’s not an “all languages” release (thus the smaller file sze as well) but they all have English on them.

If you have to you can steal the german langage from another build. You just copy and paste the java file and then make the appropriate entry in the list inside the .alx file.

Alex – that’s a stupid and ignorant remark. The file says EastAsia. at&t is not in East Asia and therefore may or may not need visual voicemail. Same if it said Dutch, Poland, etc. They may or may not have VVM. Really shows your stupidity.

hows everyones media folder looking? .244 left me with no way to view my pictures. plus most of my music was missing. hopefully .255 fixes the problem.

I found a problem with this build 245. When start shows “uncaught exception: classname does not exist in the ciurrent application package”…also, the EDGE not appears…only in small letter (edge). The connection and benefit of the systen is not available. By this way I will wait if the problem is a carrier issue but i am worry with the exception

Think this build have issues with encryption.
I enabled encryption, and correctly enough all saved files get “.REM” added to the filename.
However – I found it impossible to turn off encryption again.
Yes – I did switch it off in settings, but files still becomes encrypted. Downloaded files & pictures.
Downgraded to 4.6.0.241 – and everything worked again.
Anyone else?

Lots of people are skipping this release and waiting for the .247 release which should show up in the next week or two. I’m sticking with .241 until then; it works great for me.
