		<description>Please, i have the same problem. Mi carrier is Vodafone Spain, and when updating from 216, to this release, i give a good result, but, the option SMS, has a 70 character set.

I make changes to SMS, from 7Bit to UCS2, and chaging all the options on network . CS, CS preferred, etc...

al the same problem, onl 70....

With regards to the restart...it depends on how many apps are installed and how much memory is left.

		<description>wow downloading as I type to install in my office when i get in (Mac at home, PC at the Office) .237 gave me a lot of the getting data clock and actually had to re-install after doing a complete wipe as calls were going straight to voicemail yesterday and none of the settings were to put to do that. So bye bye .237 and hope .241 is an improvement or it is back to .234.</description>
