I am always excited to see new themes from the guys over at Elecite/eVeek. Ik ben altijd enthousiast om nieuwe thema's van de jongens te zien over ten Elecite / eVeek. This time it was Roland who sent me an email about their latest theme release, Droid which is, as Roland stated, “an almost perfect replica of the Android OS available…” A smooth running theme with all the looks and style of Google Android, Droid is available for 81xx, 83xx, 88xx, (OS 4.5 & up) 89xx, 9xxx and 95xx Blackberry devices. Deze keer was het Roland, die stuurde me een e-mail over hun nieuwste thema release, Droid die, zoals Roland vermeld, "een bijna perfecte replica van het Android OS beschikbaar ..." Een goede werking van alle thema met het uiterlijk en de stijl van Google Android, Droid is beschikbaar voor 81xx, 83xx, 88XX, (OS 4.5 & up) 89xx, 9xxx en 95xx Blackberry-apparaten. Quite a line-up. Wat een line-up.

I played around with the Bold version and I do like the overall crispness of the theme. Ik speelde rond met de Stoute versie en ik houd de algehele scherpte van het thema. The main screen has a bottom dock of 5 customizable icons and when you scroll all the way to the right, the wallpaper moves to display the other half of the background image and exposes another two rows of customizable icons. Het hoofdscherm heeft een bottom-dock van 5 aanpasbare icoontjes en als je scroll helemaal naar rechts, de achtergrond wordt verplaatst naar de andere helft van de achtergrondafbeelding weer te geven en bloot andere twee rijen van aanpasbare iconen. (Note that this feature is only available on the Bold & Javelin). (Merk op dat deze functie alleen beschikbaar is op de Bold & Javelin).

All in all, if you're a fan of Google Android and want your Berry to sport its look, then this is a theme you should rock.     Home screen text gets cut off when selecting an icon. Home-scherm tekst wordt afgekapt bij het selecteren van een icoon. Text should be smaller and also on the messages folder the text is too big, fix this please. Tekst moet kleiner zijn en ook op de berichten map de tekst is te groot, fix this please. Thank you.
