Qik v0.0.11 Released – No Change Log

Developer: Qik Cost: Free

qikstreamJust wanted to let all of the Qik fans know that they have updated their BlackBerry app from 0.0.10 to 0.0.11. Once again there is no change log so let me know what you find in the comments. The last release 0.0.10 brought experimental 8900 & OS 4.3 support along with quality and performance enhancements.

In case you don’t remember when we mentioned it, Qik is a free app that lets you stream live video from your BlackBerry to their site. You can then easily transfer it to YouTube from their site.

So I am throwing it out there. Anybody notice anything new in this latest version? While you are at it did you find some cool use for it that you would like to share?

You can read more about Qik on their website or sign up at this link. If you already have a Qik account you can probably still just download the app at http://d.qik.com/.

  3. I used the prior versions on my 8320 with no problems. But, when I got my 8900, it stopped working. Version 0.0.11 works great with my 8900.
