Personally i used to use the Rove Viewer till it wouldn’t work with my Bold. Now I just use a on device app called CaptureIt

Ok NOW I see they also have a tool called BBScreenStream which gives me a live video stream of my BB screen. THIS is what I have been looking for. I’d mentioned this for those who have been looking for. I was once on a tech support call with RIM and the guy video conferenced into my PC so he could see my BB screen, which made his job and my resolution so much easier!

I have been looking for something like this ever since Rove Model Viewer didn’t support OS 4.5 on my 8320. This tool is not as nice or easy to use as Rove’s was, but I’ll take it because it works
