I am not getting a straight answer from VZW as to the exact differences, except for the fact that I most likely would lose other legacy "features" (e.g., Office Message Alert, UNLIMITED [as opposed to new 5 GB per month cap] Broadband Access Connect [aka tethering], ???). VZW continues to tie feature availability to specific plans -- in theory, features should be plan independent so that they could be added to or deleted from plans at any time.
