Tom let me know that dzejar released a free IP calculator for the BlackBerry called wIPzard. You just enter in an IP address and set a mask and get the calculated values.

NOTE: to change the gauge mask field, use Alt+roll.

This was originally posted on BlackBerryForums for OS v4.6 and newer only. I posted a request for support for older devices, and the developer posted the OS 4.5 friendly build within minutes! Awesome support!
