  1. I have a Storm and have been thinking of getting this. I can never find comments about fingerprint issues. With the Storm, fingerprints are horrible and I would like to know how this product holds up to them. Other than that, good review.

  2. The trick (per the instructions) is to spray your fingers with the solution, too, in order to avoid fingerprints during installation.

  3. Sorry, I should have clarified my post more clearly. I am referring to the fingerprints that accumulate on the screen from using it, not during installation. The smooth glass like surface on the Storm screen has terrible fingerprint issues when using it. I’m wondering if having the Zagg IS on there helps at all?

  4. Oh ok yeah you might still have some fingerprints probably not as bad but is a lot easier to clean off than the actual BB screen

  5. I didn’t mind the shiny feel on it and I like the fact that it does give you a better Grip

    YOu will love it at first……like the posts say here…….then after a month you will notice a corner coming up, then more, then you will remove a small piece, and then more. Heck, I even paid to have mine professionally installed at one of their stores…….have replaced it 3 times in 5 months…….don’t buy this.

  7. So not worth it. I just spent an hour CAREFULLY applying this to my bberry curve 8900 and no matter how much you wet your fingers with the solution and how careful you are, you will still get prints, smudges, and bubbles under the surface. This is especially annoying with the screen; clarity very reduced. I’m taking mine off and throwing it away right now. What a waste of $30.

  8. Oh yeah, the seams are also a hinderance. You can feel every ridge of the edges; I can just imagine this starting to peel off in a few days. The feeling of the film is somewhat sticky, too. Sincerely advise against anyone buying this.

    I really hope I like this product because

    I ordered a skin for my Tour. I selected Next Day Air option and when it showed up late, I phoned for a refund on the shipping portion and they wouldn’t oblige. The gave me 10 different excuses, none of which made sense. The only reason I ordered Next Day Air, was that I was leaving town for 10 days, otherwise, I would have had it shipped ground. I received an email stating that my product had been shipped, and I waited patiently for it arrive. Nope, so when I called the following day, on my way out of town, I asked for a refund for the overnight shipping. They said that it sometimes takes awhile for things to get out of their warehouse. So why did I receive an email stating my product had been shipped with a tracking number and why did I pay for overnight shipping? I told them I would return the product and they said it would take 30-60 days for a refund. So now I am stuck with a $25.00 product that I paid $44 to have shipped overnight, but the best part, is I received an email and it said, “If we receive mail that has postage due that amount will be deducted from your refund.”
