MiaWallpaper Beta – Automatically Rotates Your Storm Wallpaper with Pictures from Flickr

miawallpaper Automatically changing your wallpaper on your Storm is not a new idea, but BerryBlow decided to add a new twist with their beta MiaWallpaper application. It will automatically download pictures from your Flickr account and use those as background images. It automatically scales them and makes them fit on your device. Sadly, this app is only available for the Storm due to RIM limitations, but if you have one you may want to check out the free beta.

From the description:

MiaWallpaper will automatically change the wallpaper on the Home Screen randomly from a local folder or download photos automatically online from the Internet – with public Flickr photo stream. Specify preferred update interval and use efficient algorithm to update the home screen and save your battery life. Always different, always new photos, discover the world with MiaWallpaper. Use this link to download or go to http://m.berryblow.com for OTA download.

Thanks jey love this app hope you can add stretch to screen feature please!

  4. I think this app would be a lot better if you could specify which local folder or flickr feed it chose backgrounds from. I happen to have a folder on my Storm called ‘Storm BG’ but this application pulls images from anywhere.
